Tools, Storage, Protection, and More For Your Star wars Card Collection

Card Protection

Premium Toploaders & Penny Sleeves

Ultra Pro 3” x 4”

From what I’ve experienced, these toploaders and penny sleeves are definitely premium and you pay for it.

  • The toploaders are more durable, bendable, & clear with more space to slide cards in and out.

  • The penny sleeves are “larger” than others listed at the same size and are easier to get cards in and out of.

  • My Use Cases

    • Cards I’m keeping

    • Auction/high end cards

Standard Toploaders & Penny Sleeves

PJU 3” x 4”

From what I’ve experienced, these toploaders and penny sleeves are easily less “premium” but are great for bulk cards that you want a bit more protection on.

  • The toploaders are a bit flimsy and tighter to fit cards in but they still are durable enough, especially for the price.

  • The penny sleeves are certainly small/tight with cards. It can be difficult at times to put cards in but they don’t stick out at all.

  • My Use Cases

    • Cards you 100% plan to sell

    • Lower end sets (base cards)

Card Storage

Premium Storage

Azamou Storage Box

This is definitely a more premium version due to it being hard plastic, has padding, and locks (with a key). If you want protection, this is high end protection.

  • Has padding in the interior that is second to none in terms of storage boxes.

  • It has dividers to hold cards in certain spots for better organization but they can be a bit faulty and move at times.

  • Comes with a key to lock the storage box.

  • My Use Cases

    • If you have a ton of graded cards

    • If you travel to shows or elsewhere a lot with your cards

Standard Storage

Leyzan Storage Box

This is the best cheap option I’ve found. Easy to build, cards can slide in/out, and overall a clean looking look for the type of material and price tag. I have two of these already.

  • The boxes are easily put together and have a pretty smooth sliding operation but they do get caught at times.

  • It comes with organizing cards that you can put into the slide outs to know which cards are which. You also get some sticker pieces that allow you to know what cards are where before even pulling them out.

  • My Use Cases

    • If you have a high amount of cards that you need to organize

    • If you don’t grade cards as often

Card Display

Wall Display Case

If you’re looking for something that “fits” in a room well and can showcase a lot of cards, these wall display cases are solid.

Anything from graded cards to one touch cases, they all will display well!

Acrylic Card Stands

This is a great option if you’re looking to display only a few different (ungraded) cards.

They are clean looking while adding a good amount of protection.

COLLECT3D Graded Display

This is a great option if you’re looking to display only a few graded cards.

It looks clean and shows both sides of the card. Best option for a small number of graded cards.

Card Shipping Supplies

Standard Envelopes

I use these for orders that are a small amount of cards (1 - 6).

It allows you to use eBay Standard Envelope shipping (if you’re on eBay) and they’re pretty sturdy the way they are.

Bubble Envelopes

I use both bubble envelopes for cards that are higher end or for orders that are 7+ cards.

They add that small extra layer of protection without being too heavy or large (like a box) that it would cost you more in shipping.

Plastic Protection

I use plastic protectors over high value cards or if someone orders a higher number of cards.

It keeps the cards protected from the rough journey shipping can be.

Thermal Printer

If you are selling/shipping cards, you have to invest into a thermal printer.

It saves you a lifetime of cutting shipping labels and taping them onto packages.

Weight Scale

A scale is a pretty important piece to the pie. It’s important to have the correct weight when shipping and this scale I use is pretty spot on. It’s also small enough to fit on a desk or in a small drawer.
